Close to a tram station, that's great location for me. The room is big size and huge with excellent views on to the back garden.

Very nice and helpful hotel staff
Location: it's almost 20 min walk from the city center. Room: I booked a single room and was assigned to the basement, did not have a chance to move upstairs and hence no fresh air.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a family room which was very spacious indeed. Excellent value for money in a super location. I would definitely stay here again in the future
The breakfast wasn't great. Checkout is 10am (which is tricky after a late night) but we were 30minutes late and there were no complaints which we appreciated!
